Who is The Kola Room for?+
Serious African creators, founders and operators who are already doing real work and want a small, quiet room to keep doing it well. We're intentionally small — under 500 members.
How does the application work?+
You fill out a short application, we read it (a real human), and we come back to you within 5 business days. About 40% of applications are accepted.
What happens after I'm accepted?+
You'll get an email with your onboarding link, community invite, and calendar of upcoming workshops. Everything is ready within an hour of joining.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Monthly members can cancel any time — no fees, no notice period. Annual members can pause renewal any time before their next billing date.
Do you offer refunds?+
We offer a 14-day refund on annual plans if the club isn't a fit. Monthly plans aren't refundable, but you can cancel and stop at any point.
How much time do I need each week?+
Most members spend 1–3 hours a week. Workshops are optional (all recorded); the community is drop-in; office hours are opt-in.
